Snow Globe Ornament

You may know by now, that we are obsessed with snow globes.

This link will show the "how to" for this beautiful ornament.

'LET IT SNOW" - Waterless Rustic Snow Globes

We've been making Snow Globes at our shop for the last 3+ Holiday Seasons.

This year we found some awesome die cut wood animals that worked perfectly.

We started by collecting rustic branches and plastic caps to help elevate our animals.

Then we hot glued them all together and  assembled them along with fake snow into our short Mason Jars.  We finished them off with jute twine.  

Holiday Rustic!!

Home made Chalk Board Paint

We L♥VE Chalkboard Paint.

 Did you know you can make your own in any color you wish?

To make, use 1 cup water base paint (flat works best) and 2 tablespoons unsanded tile grout.  Paint surface generously. A couple of coats is best. Once dry, sand surface lightly with VERY fine sand paper.  Cover entire surface with chalk, then wipe off completely.
Ready, set, GO!!  

Make sure you have plenty of chalk on hand,
cuz you'll want to use it all!!
